Wine,
cheese AND chocolate! That combination is enough to send most of us into ecstasy. The
130 Club Sirromet members and their friends who attended the evening did their
best to stay in control as they sampled a selection of cheeses from Fromart,
deluxe chocolates from Mayfield Chocolates (both of which are fellow
Queenslanders) and 16 Sirromet wines including some new release vintages. The
decadence was topped of with a flowing chocolate fountain and
strawberries.
Sirromet's winemakers, Adam Chapman and Velten Tiemann led some entertaining activities, including a blind tasting game and a wine spitting competition!
