Sirromet is proud to support the boutique Queensland cheese industry. Our executive chef Andrew Mirosch believes this industry has come of age: cheeses produced in Queensland are equal in quality to any imported cheese, so we only serve Queensland cheeses on our list.

Witch's Chase Longman's Leicester , Mt Tamborine

Cloth bound English farmhouse cheese; flavour is mellow & creamy with slight nuttiness. The  orange colour comes from annatto plant native to South America

Swiss style medium strength semi hard cheese, slightly pungent, sweet, lactic flavours
